Condition Management

Initial Consultation & Standard Appointment

Neuromusculoskeletal diagnosis and condition management for pain, injury, or movement disorders—delivered with evidence-informed care to restore function and support recovery. While an “Initial Consultation” is always required for new clients, ongoing management will then require between 15-45 minutes per session, depending on complexity of the case, and/or need for rehabilitation exercises.

Check-Up & Adjustment

A focused, hands-on session for stable, long-term clients; providing your nervous system with supportive input – helping your body reset, feel more connected, and move with greater ease.

Please allow 10-15 minutes for this appointment type.

SECONDARY SERVICES

Aevora Longevity Project

This is a 12-week focused program, delivered across five consultations; designed to measure how your body is performing now, and what is most worth improving next.

We assess key markers linked with long-term function and resilience, including strength, power, balance, mobility, cardiovascular markers and body composition measures. Your results are compared where appropriate against age- and sex-matched reference data.

This is not a generic wellness check. It is a practical starting point: measure what matters, identify your biggest opportunities, and decide the best next step.

While delivered as a program, this can also be offered as a stand alone assessment & report if preferred. Enquire for further details via our “Contact Us” form.

Concussion Management & Pre-Season Baseline Assessment

Concussion management has evolved beyond a ‘rest and hope’ approach. At Aevora Health we use a targeted intake and assessment to identify your concussion subtype. We’ll check how your eyes work together, your balance and coordination, any cervical involvement, and perform a full neurological and vestibular examination—then use that information to guide an active recovery plan. We monitor your response over time, and progress you through a graded return to training, sport, school or work with clear criteria—so decisions are based on your unique presentation, not guesswork.

Heart Rate Variability Assessment

Heart Rate Variability (HRV) is more than a fitness metric—it’s a window into your nervous system, revealing how well you’re coping with stress and recovering day to day. In this 60-minute HRV Assessment, Dr. Bonney records key vitals (heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, CO₂ tolerance, respiration rate), checks breathing mechanics, and identifies your “resonant frequency” to help optimise parasympathetic function. You’ll leave with practical breath-based strategies and a clear report outlining your results and plan for implementation.

Complex Presentations

Whether you are being referred by another health practitioner, or have self-selected Dr. Bonney for management, you may simply book an “Initial Consultation” and leave a note explaining the reason for your booking. This might be for chronic pain management, vertigo or balance difficulties, Postural Orthostatic Tachycardia Syndrome (POTS), or other less common disorders.
