Payment is due on the day of your consultation. Fees paid are not refundable and cannot be transferred to another person or claim.

For RTWSA or motor vehicle accident (MVA) matters, we can lodge invoices directly with the insurer once we have all required details (including the claim number and insurer contact information). If the insurer declines the claim or does not approve payment for any reason, any outstanding fees remain the responsibility of the patient.
